Hosted by the deadly duo Mr. Chan (of Triplenoize fame) and Chaz Ali, both just waiting to blow their load off. Oh, don’t expect anything to be perfect, because Popcorn Playa is just that!

EMP Vibes 2008

Vibes is an annual club event organised by Republic Polytechnic's Electronic Music Production crew. And 2008 is the 4th year this event is happening.

So what's so special about this party? The music will be spun by our very own DJs; the same guys who provided the music for the Jam & Hop, Hallowscream and Flame Awards afterparties. And as we are party people ourselves, will personally make sure there'll be enough hot grinding action going on the dancefloor.

I’m so glad that the time wasted and the classes missed all went to a good cause. There's no label or distribution partner to cut into the band's profits — but then there may not be any profits. Drop In Rainbows' 15 songs into the online checkout basket and a question mark pops up where the price would normally be. Click it, and the prompt "It's Up To You" appears. Click again and it refreshes with the words "It's Really Up To You" — and really, it is. It's the first major album whose price is determined by what individual consumers want to pay for it. And it's perfectly acceptable to pay nothing at all.
